Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Fashion Design or equivalent professional experience.
• Experience in men's performance, activewear, or technical apparel preferred.
• Portfolio shows concept development and translation to commercial product.
• Strong understanding of apparel product creation from research to production handoff.
• Proficiency in Illustrator/Photoshop; PLM knowledge required; 3D design experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Translate seasonal direction into cohesive product concepts and narratives.
• Own designated categories from concept to production handoff with materials and BOM inputs.
• Design for mobility, fit, comfort, and performance while maintaining RLX aesthetics.
• Collaborate with Merchandising and Product Management on price-value targets.
• Refine fabrics, finishes, and technologies with cross-functional teams.
• Lead design reviews and resolve fit and construction issues with Technical Design.
• Research trends and technologies to drive RLX design opportunities.
• Approve color, print, and material executions to ensure brand integrity.
