This senior individual contributor sets the standard, provides informal coaching to Installation Project Coordinators, and ensures documentation and photos meet standards while balancing warehouse duties.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of project coordination, demo/furniture operations, or related field.
• Demonstrated ability to lead execution on multiple concurrent projects.
• Detailed, organized, flexible, service-oriented, with strong communication.
• Proficiency with MS Office 365 and related inventory or project systems.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the operational lead for day-to-day execution of the Demo Program, ensuring projects are coordinated accurately, completely, and on time.
• Serve as the main point of contact for demo clients, managing communication with professionalism and sound judgment.
• Create work orders daily for the demo field team, clearly detailing scope of work.
• Email receiving reports of newly received product to clients, and report and photograph demo damages to clients.
• Upload receiving reports, pull lists, signed work orders, invoices, and all other demo-related documentation into work orders or master demo folders in a timely and organized manner.
• Anticipate downstream impacts across multiple demo projects and proactively resolve scheduling, documentation, and coordination obstacles.
