Job summary

ASSA ABLOY Group is seeking a Senior Demand Planner to lead demand and supply planning initiatives. This role requires analytical skills, SAP planning experience, and the ability to drive data-driven decisions that optimize inventory and service levels.

The candidate will collaborate with Sales, Product, Finance, and Operations, implement planning improvements, and develop reporting dashboards using SAP, Power BI, and Excel to support executive reviews.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Operations, Engineering, or a related field.
• 7+ years of experience in Demand Planning, Supply Planning, Inventory Management, or related Supply Chain Planning.
• Strong SAP planning, inventory, and MRP experience with data-driven decision making.
• Proven ability to influence stakeholders and manage cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and improve demand forecasts across multiple levels of the business.
• Collaborate with Sales, Product, Finance, and Operations to align demand and supply assumptions.
• Execute MRP runs and manage replenishment planning to optimize inventory.
• Lead process improvements and implement planning tools and best practices.
• Prepare monthly planning and performance reports using SAP, Power BI, and Excel.
