Job summary

ASSA ABLOY Global Solutions is seeking a Senior Demand Planner to lead demand and supply planning efforts and drive process improvements. The role emphasizes data-driven forecasting, SAP optimization, and cross-functional collaboration to improve inventory performance.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in demand and supply planning, MRP execution, and SAP processes, with the ability to influence decisions and enhance reporting capabilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field is required.
• 7+ years in demand planning, supply planning, or similar roles.
• Strong SAP planning, inventory, and MRP knowledge.
• Experience with cross-functional planning in manufacturing or distribution.
• Advanced Excel skills and data analysis capability.
• Proven ability to influence stakeholders and drive improvements.

Responsibilities

• Lead demand forecasts and drive forecast accuracy across multiple levels.
• Coordinate with Sales, Finance, and Operations to align demand assumptions.
• Execute supply planning to optimize inventory and service levels.
• Manage inventory health, safety stock, and replenishment parameters.
• Run MRP processes and collaborate with Procurement and Manufacturing.
• Lead or support planning tool implementations and process enhancements.
• Develop and present monthly planning and forecast performance reports.
