Job summary

Hublot Of America seeks a Senior Manager of Business Development to oversee Merchandising, Demand Planning, Strategic Analysis and Project Management across Americas wholesale and company-owned stores.

You will lead inventory planning, sales tracking enhancements and distribution strategy, collaborating with VP of Retail/Ecom, Director of Wholesale, and cross-functional teams to drive growth and profitability.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business or Finance; MBA is a plus.
8+ years of relevant experience in retail or luxury consumer goods.
Experience with merchandising and demand planning best practices.
Strong MS Office skills, especially Excel; Access proficiency is a plus.
Power BI, Cognos, Salesforce.com, Anaplan and SAP experience is a plus.
Ability to manage multiple projects and communicate with diverse stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Drives top line sales and profit growth through inventory alignment with commercial trends.
Analyzes competitive positioning and pricing strategies to maximize sell-thru.
Develops product, distribution and promotional strategies with sales and marketing teams.
Defines and implements commercial strategies for key accounts with senior leadership.
Provides insights on product development and assortment planning based on sales data.
Prepares sales presentations and reports for internal reviews.
