Job summary

SC Johnson is seeking a Senior Analyst, Demand Planning to develop and manage forecast across near-term S&OE and longer-range S&OP horizons. You will partner with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Supply Planning to translate customer, consumer, and business insights into accurate, actionable demand plans.

You will develop and maintain forecasts using shipment history, promotional plans, trends, and other signals to create true consumer demand signals that align supply chain and business planning.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Operations Management, Economics, Supply Chain Management, Finance, or related field.
• 2+ years of relevant experience in demand planning, forecasting, customer supply chain, or another supply chain-related field.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Own demand planning and forecasting across multiple categories and planning horizons.
• Lead collaboration calls with key sales accounts to review performance and forecast assumptions.
• Monitor near-term demand performance and adjust forecasts for pacing, promotions and distribution.
• Participate in S&OP steps with cross-functional teams to align on total demand plan.
• Conduct root-cause analyses of forecast errors and implement corrective actions.
• Support continuous improvement to increase forecast accuracy and planning effectiveness.
