Job summary

Oracle US is seeking a Principal Demand Planner who enables forecasting strategy through advanced modeling, business intelligence, and market analysis. You will develop data analytics, run scenario analyses, and partner with supply management to shape strategic requirements.

You’ll lead lifecycle activities (BOM, NPI, material transitions, EOL), manage multiple complex programs, and build strong cross-functional relationships.

Qualifications

• An ideal candidate possesses deep experience in developing data analytics, creating scenario analysis, and partnering with supply management functions.
• The Principal Demand Planner possesses advanced knowledge of process improvement and actively drives iteration and new learning into the inputs and methods for strategic requirement forecasting.

Responsibilities

• Supports Product Lifecycle activities to include Bill of Material (BOM) management; New Product Introduction (NPI) activities; material transitions; and End of Life (EOL) management as demonstrated by key activities in each of these areas.
• Can manage through the pressure associated with mission critical programs; have detailed organization techniques to manage multiple, concurrent complex programs; and strong relationship building skills to enable effective influencing and results.
• Can deliver succinct, impactful and professional communication at all levels of the organization.
