Job summary

Miniat LLC is seeking a Demand Planner to develop and maintain a data-driven forecast supporting S&OP. The role emphasizes statistical forecasting, event integration, and cross-functional collaboration to ensure supply alignment and service continuity.

In addition, this role provides approximately 25% Customer Service backup coverage, handling orders, inquiries, and issue resolution while maintaining forecast accuracy and dashboards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in supply chain, business, analytics, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in demand planning, forecasting, supply chain planning, or a related role.
• Hands-on experience with statistical forecasting models and demand planning systems.
• Working knowledge of Advanced Planning Systems (e.g., SAP, Blue Yonder, Relex, or similar).
• Experience supporting or participating in an S&OP or IBP process strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and improve the statistical baseline forecast at the SKU-Customer level.
• Apply historical data, seasonality, trend analysis, and forecasting algorithms.
• Identify and correct data anomalies and master data issues.
• Lead weekly tactical S&OP meetings and support monthly demand reviews.
