Job summary

PetSafe Brands seeks a senior Demand Planner to forecast monthly demand for one or more product categories in Electronics or Hard Goods. You will act as the go-to contact for supply chain, collaborating with Sales, FP&A, and Category teams to align on promotions, new product introductions, and inventory plans while ensuring timely delivery to customers.

The role requires 7+ years in demand planning, strong forecasting acumen, and experience with Demantra/Tableau.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required or equivalent experience.
Minimum 7 years of progressively responsible business experience; consumer goods preferred.
Prior supply/demand planning experience required.
Demonstrated project planning and execution.
Experience engaging with internal and external stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Forecast monthly demand and drive the forecasting process.
Ensure alignment with supply planners, sales and category managers.
Develop and maintain baseline forecast and ship plans using external data from POS and Tableau dashboards.
Monitor forecast accuracy, bias, and inventory metrics.
Contribute to monthly S&OP with the Director of Supply Chain Planning; align actions to close gaps.
