Job summary

L3Harris Technologies, Inc. is seeking a Sr Spec., Production Planning (Demand Planner / SIOP) in Anaheim, CA. You will lead demand data gathering and forecasting for an 18–24 month horizon, aligning demand with supply across multiple sites and guiding monthly SIOP reviews.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams including BD, PMO, and Engineering, leveraging ERP/Costpoint to optimize inventory and production plans. Occasional travel is expected.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years of planning, operations, manufacturing, or supply chain experience.
• At least 2 years of demand planning experience, preferably across multiple sites.
• 4+ years with SIOP processes and principles.
• 4+ years of ERP experience (Deltek Costpoint) in demand/inventory management.
• 2+ years of supply chain best practices including inventory optimization and risk management.
• 2+ years of demand planning software proficiency; advanced Excel and Power BI.

Responsibilities

• Lead data collection and consolidation of demand info from multiple sites.
• Develop and maintain an 18–24 month demand plan incorporating internal and external factors.
• Monitor changes, identify risks and opportunities, and adjust plans.
• Prepare and lead SIOP meetings to align demand with priorities and capabilities.
• Communicate forecasts and insights to stakeholders for inventory and production planning.
• Collaborate with BD, PMO, and Engineering to understand customer requirements and opportunities.
• Create reports and metrics tracking demand planning, forecasting, and SIOP objectives.
• Drive continuous improvement of demand planning accuracy and efficiency across sites.
• Travel up to ~10% to various sites.
