Job summary

McKesson is seeking a Sr. Analyst, Customer Facing Demand Planning within the demand planning organization to own customer-level demand execution for assigned accounts, manage inventory positioning and service levels, and translate customer signals into the consensus planning process.

The role requires 7+ years of relevant experience, a Bachelor's in Supply Chain or Data Analytics, and proficiency with Kinaxis Maestro.

Qualifications

Degree or equivalent; typically 7+ years of relevant experience.
Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain or Data Analytics or related field.
Functional proficiency in Kinaxis Maestro or comparable advanced planning system.
Strong analytical and structured problem-solving skills.
Experience managing customer programs, sequestration models, or high-touch account relationships.

Responsibilities

Maintain the customer portfolio for assigned accounts, managing inventory positions and reflect current program commitments.
Own sequestration for assigned accounts, creating inventory buckets and coordinating with DC inventory teams.
Execute customer-specific award switch management and forecast adjustments for transitions.
Manage onboarding for assigned accounts, including tracking, inventory builds, and coverage reporting.
Manage customer-facing calls and relationships to ensure compliance and satisfaction.
