Qualifications

• 5+ years of demand planning experience specifically within apparel.
• Proven track record of measurable results (stockouts reduced, forecast accuracy improved).
• Strong problem-solving instincts and independent work capability.
• Proficient in Excel/Sheets; SQL/Python/BI skills are a plus.
• Ability to work 100% in-office at South Austin location; AI tooling experience valued.

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end demand planning process—from historical analysis to translating forecasts into PO quantities by style/color/size.
• Partner with sales, merchandising, marketing, and finance to align forecasts with brand momentum.
• Use AI tools (Claude) to build/refine forecasting models and stress-test assumptions.
• Identify and address risks (overstock/understock/slow-moving inventory) proactively.
• Build planning models, dashboards, and reports for leadership visibility into inventory health.
