Job summary

Sanofi is seeking a Senior Demand Lead in Cambridge, MA or Morristown, NJ to drive integrated business planning and ensure optimal product availability across markets. This hybrid role involves coordinating with Demand Planners, BUs, and finance to forecast demand, manage inventories, and minimize obsolescence while supporting launch activities.

The position requires strong analytical and leadership skills, with 8+ years in supply chain and fluency in English.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 8+ years in supply chain/manufacturing.
• English language skills required.

Responsibilities

• Lead market-level IBP process for selected franchises and drive continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with Demand Leads, BUs, Finance, Regulatory and planners to align market needs.
• Ensure lean, effective planning cycles with Demand Planners.
• Oversee Product Portfolio Management, Demand Review, Supply Review and MBR within IBP process.
• Act as IBP Ambassador and drive monthly process execution across markets.
• Support New Product Launches and lifecycle changes with supply continuity.
