Comprehensive Eyecare Partners Group seeks a Marketing Manager - Demand Gen to own patient acquisition across the CompEye portfolio. This hands-on role spans paid media, analytics, and growth strategy, building programs that drive new patients and premium surgical cases.

Collaborate with the VP of Growth & Marketing to run Google Ads, Meta, and email campaigns while creating scalable reporting. You will lead day-to-day campaign management, ensure clean data and tracking with Atra, and build

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field is required.
• Experience in paid search, social advertising, and email marketing is preferred.
• Ability to develop dashboards and attribution reporting for leadership.

Responsibilities

• Plan, build, and optimize paid search campaigns across portfolio practices.
• Manage Meta Ads and display campaigns for awareness and acquisition.
• Own day-to-day campaign management: bidding, budgets, ad copy, targeting.
• Coordinate with our paid search attribution partner (Atra) for clean data and tracking.
• Identify underperforming campaigns and surface recommendations.
• Build performance dashboards showing patient acquisition cost, conversion, and ROI.
• Own attribution modeling connecting marketing spend to appointments and conversions.
• Deliver regular performance reports to the VP of Marketing and leadership.
