You will lead a growing marketing team, manage digital campaigns, analyze data, coordinate with clinicians, and optimize budgets to grow revenue while maintaining high regulatory and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business or a related field is required.
• Minimum of 3 years of marketing experience, preferably in healthcare.
• Strong marketing skills with the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and marketing software/tools.
• Good knowledge of social media platforms and digital marketing.
• Experience with budget management.
• Ability to create and post viral content on social media.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily workflow of the marketing department.
• Clean and maintain marketing data in the system for accuracy.
• Analyze information to identify new markets, demand, and campaign efficacy.
• Measure campaign performance and identify areas for improvement.
• Develop and execute plans to increase patient volume and revenue.
• Collaborate with leadership to target patient demographics.
• Manage digital marketing including website, social media, email, and online ads.
• Oversee production of marketing materials and ensure brand consistency.
• Monitor budget and coordinate with internal teams for alignment.
• Provide weekly performance reports to leadership and adapt initiatives.
