Job summary

Ōura is seeking a Senior Forecast Analyst - Demand Planning to strengthen forecasting capabilities through analytics, data integration, and scalable demand methodologies. In this senior IC role, you will translate signals into forecasts, build baselines, and move toward ML-enabled forecasting while partnering with Demand Planning, Supply Chain, Data, Finance, and Systems to improve forecast quality.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of forecasting, analytics, or related field.
• Experience building statistical forecasting models in business.
• Advanced SQL and proficiency in Python or R.
• Ability to work with large, messy data and improve data quality.
• Experience translating analytics into business recommendations.

Responsibilities

• Develop forecasting methodologies for accuracy and scalability.
• Build baseline forecasts using historical demand and drivers.
• Advance ML-enabled forecasting and translate outputs to planning decisions.
• Create dashboards and analytical tools for scenario planning.
• Collaborate with Demand Planning, Supply Chain, Data, and Finance.
