Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field required.
• 3–5 years of related work experience in demand planning or analysis; 7–10 years recommended.
• Strong understanding of demand forecasting principles and supply chain fundamentals.
• Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics) and order management platforms.
• Advanced Excel; data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Analyze customer demand trends using historical data, forecasts, backlog, schedules, and market indicators.
• Support development and maintenance of customer forecasts at product, program, and account levels.
• Monitor forecast accuracy and demand variability; identify root causes of deviations.
• Collaborate with Sales, Account Management, and cross-functional teams to align demand with supply.
