Job summary

Dexian in Folsom, CA seeks a Business Analyst 3_USD to support escalation governance across MSR and Sales Lock horizons. You will translate demand signals, DDQ inputs and AI-driven insights into concise executive narratives.

Collaborate with Segment Leads, BU Planners, Sales and leadership to prioritize critical demand, quantify impact, and ensure timely follow-through to closure.

This is a 6-month contract, on-site, with W2 pay through Dexian.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field.
• 5+ years driving planning/analytics in demand, supply, or business operations environments.
• Ability to structure ambiguous data into insights and recommendations.

Responsibilities

• Identify and segment critical demand; consolidate view by segment, customer, and product.
• Drive data integrity across inputs to base escalation discussions on facts.
• Own governance of the critical-demand tracker as the system of record for escalation readiness.
