Job summary

Quanta Government Solutions is seeking a Senior Costpoint System Administrator to own Deltek Costpoint across the enterprise. You will manage security, configurations, and integrations, ensuring SOX controls and month‑end processes stay on track.

The role blends hands‑on administration with cross‑functional collaboration among accounting, finance, and project controls. Remote work is supported for this position.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, CS, or related field; 7+ years with Deltek Costpoint in government contracting.
• Experience administering Costpoint: GL, AP, project setup, billing, indirect pools/rates, user access, security, and third‑party integrations.
• SOX/compliance aware with change control, backups, and audit readiness.

Responsibilities

• Serve as SME and sysadmin for Deltek Costpoint GCCM across QGS and affiliates.
• Administer Core Costpoint modules: GL, AP, AR, People, Projects, Procurement.
• Lead user access management for Costpoint and Cognos BI with secure roles and segregation of duties.
• Maintain compliance with DCAA, SOX/ITGC through configurations, access controls, and documentation.
• Own configuration standards, roadmap, upgrade strategy, and vendor relationships.
• Support entity setups, data migration, and reporting hierarchy changes for new entities or reorganizations.
• Manage cost pools, rates, and revenue formulas for accurate project reporting and compliance.
• Provide training and ad hoc support to finance, project control, and program teams.
• Develop SOPs and reference guides for master data and processes.
• Oversee third‑party integrations (e.g., ADP, SAP Concur) and data migrations.
