PowerFlex Rack including Cisco Networking. Customer is using CloudLink for the Key manager. One of the customer criteria is good communication skills.

• Speak well & know what they're doing; good communication skills are important.

• Able to do PowerFlex knowledge transfer to customer resources & training on platform.

• Implement industry standard practices.

• Look for efficiencies and opportunities to streamline and potentially automate.

• Familiarity with automation (Ansible) is a nice to have.

From the following areas, they need to be able to train others at the customer site and document processes to ensure ongoing success:

• Customer Requirements: Good communication skills, PowerFlex knowledge transfer, industry standard practices, efficiency improvements, and familiarity with Ansible automation.
• Administrative Tasks: Managing components, network administration, storage administration, CloudLink Center administration, backup and restore, power management, user management, system logs.
• System Monitoring: Monitoring system health, compliance, alerts, performance, capacity, and proactive health management.
• Provisioning Tasks: Deploying and provisioning, configuring block storage, managing system components, monitoring health, managing external changes.
• Automation Tasks: Automated infrastructure operations, capacity planning, performance optimization, data protection, deployment and expansion, lifecycle management, integration with DevOps tools, error reduction, performance and resource management.
