Job Description

Our Plex team seeks a Delivery Consultant to support domestic and international customers. Your role will be to ensure successful implementation of the Plex Smart Manufacturing Platform and to develop customer teams into self-sufficient Plex experts, leveraging your experience in ERP, MES, Materials Management, Supply Chain, Accounting, or Quality. You will report to the Manager, Professional Service - Plex.

This position can be remote from any location in the United States for the right candidate.

Your Responsibilities

• Provide services including new implementation, solution optimization, packaged services, and expansion projects
• Lead customer kick-off meetings, review project expectations, and establish training timelines
• Build relationships with customers and internal teams
• Manage project plans and timelines
• Gather and create requirements for software configuration to meet business needs
• Handle customer support requests from creation to resolution
• Communicate options and status updates promptly
• Collaborate with Support Services for support requests
• Manage timelines and deliverables
• Conduct workshops and implement/test software configurations
• Travel to customer sites as needed and support go-live events
• Utilize and improve internal systems and knowledge bases

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree
• Willingness to travel up to 75%
• Legal authorization to work in the US (no sponsorship available)

Preferred Qualifications

• 2+ years of manufacturing consulting experience
• 2+ years of SQL experience
• Experience with software implementation in manufacturing
• Prior experience with Plex software
• Project Management and consulting skills
• Experience testing and validating software configurations
• Ability to configure software to meet customer requirements
