Job summary

HD Supply Canada, Inc is seeking a Transportation/Delivery professional to manage load dispatch for dedicated drivers, train staff, and monitor MVRs. The role requires operating a company vehicle and occasional overnight travel, with ongoing compliance checks.

• 7+ years of experience in area of responsibility.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate loading and dispatching of driver routes.
• Oversee pre- and post-trip inspections under DOT rules.
• Plan daily routes and optimize for drivers.
• Serve as primary contact for driver-related issues.
• Coach and train drivers on policies and procedures.
• Review manifests for accuracy and completeness.
• Deliver customer orders within service area and address issues.
• Provide exceptional customer service during deliveries.
