Job summary

UST is seeking an experienced Delivery Manager to lead semiconductor and firmware engineering programs in Redmond, WA. This role oversees an established engineering team, focusing on client engagement, program delivery, workforce management, and business growth.

You will own end-to-end delivery, manage risks, drive cross-functional collaboration, and support strategic growth opportunities with leadership and sales teams.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in Delivery Management, Engineering Management, or Program Management within semiconductor, firmware, embedded systems, or technology services.
• Experience managing client-facing engineering programs and technical teams.
• Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end delivery of semiconductor, firmware, and platform engineering programs.
• Ensure milestones, quality, productivity, and customer commitments are met.
• Lead governance and delivery reviews with key clients.
• Act as the senior escalation point for delivery risks, technical blockers, and operational issues.
• Lead and coordinate cross-functional firmware, hardware, validation, systems, and software teams.
• Drive program planning, resource allocation, risk management, issue tracking, and release readiness.
• Partner with engineering leads to ensure timely resolution of critical issues and dependencies.
• Drive continuous improvement in delivery processes and engineering operations.
• Identify opportunities to expand existing engagements and support new business growth.
• Participate in client presentations, proposals, solution discussions, and account planning.
• Partner with sales and leadership teams on strategic growth opportunities.
• Lead workforce planning, hiring, onboarding, utilization, and team development.
