Qualifications

• Plan for Program and Delivery Management to meet time, cost and quality.
• Ensure business results including assistance in project acquisition from Bid defense and Contract/Proposal review perspective.
• Ensure customer engagement and reference ability.
• Recruitment/resourcing liaison with HR and team development.
• Anchor process improvement/compliance and other organizational initiatives.
• Guide, manage, develop, engage the team for retention and growth.

Responsibilities

• Drive portfolio of projects and clients in a defined geography/domain through optimal resource mix and cost/margin.
• Plan for Program and Delivery Management to deliver on time and within budget.
• Support in bid defense and contract/proposal reviews to secure business.
• Maintain high customer engagement and reference ability.
• Coordinate with HR for recruitment and resource development.
