Responsibilities

• Organize and facilitate project planning, stand-ups, reviews and sprints.
• Coach Agile teams and lead PI Planning and SAFe training.
• Manage product backlog with the Product Owner and stakeholders.
• Monitor progress metrics, risks, and budget; drive on-time delivery.
• Mentor junior Scrum Masters and coordinate cross‑functional teams.
• Communicate status to sponsors and leadership; resolve impediments.
