Bright Horizons is seeking a Senior Delivery Manager in Newton, MA for a hybrid role requiring in-person work 3 days a week. You will lead full lifecycle delivery, from business case to value delivery, coordinating business, product, and IT sponsors.

The position emphasizes Agile/Scrum leadership, cross-functional collaboration, and driving measurable outcomes. You will mentor Scrum Masters, support backlog grooming, and ensure delivery plans meet scope, schedule, and budget while enabling

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Technology, Business or related field.
7 years of experience as a scrum master and project manager total.
5 years of IT experience.
Experience with Agile delivery and SAFe.

Responsibilities

Organize and facilitate project planning, daily stand-up meetings, reviews, retrospectives, sprint and release planning, backlog refinement, demos, Scrum of Scrums, and other Scrum-related activities.
Assist with and help lead PI Planning.
Coach Agile teams and communicate Agile concepts and benefits to the team and stakeholders.
Facilitate Agile SAFe and Scrum trainings.
Track and communicate progress metrics and performance to leadership and stakeholders.
Remove impediments and guide the team to remove impediments.
