Job summary

Bright Horizons is seeking a Senior Delivery Manager for a hybrid role based in Newton, MA. The position manages end-to-end delivery of technical products and programs with Agile/Scrum and traditional PM methods, leading cross-functional teams and driving measurable outcomes.

The role requires strong leadership, communication, and mentorship, with in-person work at Newton headquarters 3 days/week and a temporary 4-month assignment that may convert to full-time.

Qualifications

• 7 years of experience as a scrum master and project manager total.
• 5 years of IT experience.

Responsibilities

• Organize and facilitate project planning, stand-up meetings, reviews, retrospectives, sprint and release planning, backlog refinement, demos, and SoS.
• Assist with and help lead PI Planning.
• Coach Agile teams and communicate Agile concepts to stakeholders.
