Job summary

GE Aerospace seeks a Senior Delivery Leader to provide systems-technology leadership for the AEOE family of legacy engines, partnering with cross-functional teams to drive production and manufacturing flow, delivery and continuous improvement.

The role focuses on balancing system risk with customer needs, leading development, production, and field support, and applying Lean (FLIGHT DECK) to drive value engineering and faster resolution of delivery challenges.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering required.
• 5+ years in aerospace and/or turbine power generation.
• 5+ years in engine systems or design engineering.

Responsibilities

• Provide deep engineering-process expertise and collaboration across stakeholders.
• Lead technical execution across development, production, and field support.
• Drive continuous improvement and producibility improvements via VAVE/Kaizen.
• Balance design solutions with field experience and cost targets.
• Interface with external organizations and customers to deliver solutions.
