Job summary

GE Aerospace seeks a Senior Delivery Leader to provide systems-technology leadership for the AEOE family of engines. You will partner with cross-functional teams to drive delivery, production flow, and continuous improvement while balancing risk and customer needs.

Qualifications

• This role requires a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering from an accredited university or college.
• Minimum 5 years of aerospace industry and/or turbine power generation experience.
• Minimum 5 years of engine systems and/or design engineering experience.
• This role requires in-person attendance for Day 1 orientation.

Responsibilities

• Provide deep engineering-process expertise and collaborative mindset across stakeholders.
• Facilitate systems and design integration to deliver balanced solutions.
• Lead technical execution across development, production, and field support.
• Lead VAVE events to convert producibility, cost, and cycle-time opportunities into solutions.
• Develop and standardize engineering production support processes.
• Serve as primary technical interface with external organizations.
• Coordinate with customers and partners to deliver optimal technical solutions.
• Influence major product decisions balancing business, customer needs, and budget.
• Drive Lean practices and continuous improvement to shorten delivery cycle times.
