Job summary

GE Aerospace is seeking a Senior Delivery Leader to provide systems-technology leadership for the AEOE family of legacy engines. The role focuses on production flow, delivery, and continuous improvement, working with engineering leaders to balance risk and customer needs.

This individual contributor role emphasizes collaboration across Chief's office, Design Boards, Project Management, Product Support, and Supply Chain to deliver robust programs on schedule.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering from an accredited university or college.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in the aerospace industry and/or turbine power generation.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in engine systems and/or design engineering.

Responsibilities

• Provide deep engineering-process expertise and collaborate across departments.
• Facilitate systems and design integration for balanced solutions.
• Lead technical execution across development, production, and field support.
• Lead Value Engineering (VAVE) events to improve producibility and cost.
