Job summary

Slalom is seeking a Senior Principal, Market Solutions in Los Angeles or Orange County, CA. This role is not eligible for 100% remote work; you will be onsite with clients up to 5 days a week and live within commutable distance.

You will partner with executives, lead market strategy for Delivery capabilities, and guide complex transformations with cross-functional teams across Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid delivery.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in client leadership, account growth, or consulting leadership.
• Proven track record closing complex consulting/tech opportunities.
• Experience leading multi-stakeholder account planning and growth.
• Delivery leadership across large tech transformations.
• Ability to translate client challenges into viable delivery solutions.

Responsibilities

• Serve as senior client partner, building executive relationships and growing Delivery business in strategic accounts.
• Lead market strategy for Delivery capabilities within assigned accounts.
• Drive business development from opportunity to close, shaping value propositions and proposals.
• Collaborate with account, industry, and capability leaders to expand delivery work and revenue.
• Oversee complex, high-impact client initiatives with measurable outcomes and governance.
• Define scope, timelines, and governance; provide executive oversight end-to-end.
