Job summary

Rackspace Technology is seeking a Senior Project Manager in the United States to lead complex, high-value customer programs from initiation to closure. You will act as a trusted delivery lead, maintaining executive-level relationships and ensuring governance, budget, risk, and quality objectives are met.

You will manage enterprise-scale projects, collaborate across sales, solutions, and delivery leadership, and drive opportunities for additional services while delivering exceptional customer

Qualifications

• 8+ years of project management delivering complex technology programs.
• Bachelor's degree in business, technology or related field.
• PMP certification required.
• Experience in client-facing professional services, cloud or IT infrastructure.
• Proven success delivering enterprise-scale engagements.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex infrastructure, cloud, transformation, migration, managed services projects from inception to close.
• Establish governance, methodologies, reporting structures, and decision forums.
• Develop plans, budgets, forecasts, RAID logs and resource plans.
• Ensure on-time, on-budget delivery with quality and business outcomes.
• Manage SOWs, budgets, forecasts and change requests.
• Provide executive updates and facilitate steering committees.
