Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field; 6+ years leading complex technology programs.
• Possible alternative combinations: Master’s + 4 years; PhD + 1 year; or 10 years total experience.
• Experience leading large cloud, infrastructure, modernization, or enterprise tech transformations.
• Strong business acumen with ROI/cost-benefit focus and ability to manage executive-level relationships.

Responsibilities

• Lead large-scale cloud, infrastructure, cybersecurity, and business transformation programs for enterprise customers.
• Act as primary engagement leader with executive stakeholders to define outcomes and ensure delivery.
• Plan, execute, and govern multiple concurrent projects aligning to scope, budget, and milestones.
• Build trusted advisor relationships with client executives and sponsors to guide engagements.
• Collaborate cross-functionally across Professional Services, Engineering, Product, Sales and Support to deliver integrated solutions.
• Translate complex data into clear business recommendations for governance and decisions.
• Manage engagement governance, risks, scope changes, and stakeholder communications.
• Drive delivery excellence with disciplined controls, resource planning, and performance measurement.
