Genpact is seeking a Sr. Manager – Service Delivery/Ops Manager in Cincinnati, OH.

The role focuses on leading delivery and operations for Aftermarket Services & Supply Chain with major client accounts in the US & NAM region, driving financial targets and client satisfaction. You will act as a key interface between internal operations and customers, guiding strategic account plans, mentoring teams, and ensuring high-quality service in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field is required.
• MBA preferred for leadership role.
• 8–12 years of experience in account management, client services, or related roles.
• Proven track record of managing large, complex client accounts in Aerospace & Defense sectors.

Responsibilities

• Run delivery and daily operations for Aftermarket Services & Supply Chain teams supporting client site in US & NAM region.
• Drive financial targets in existing client base.
• Serve as primary contact for key accounts to meet or exceed expectations.
• Develop and maintain strong client relationships through regular check-ins and reviews.
• Lead account planning and strategy to identify growth opportunities.
• Collaborate with sales, operations, and finance to ensure smooth service delivery.
• Track account performance metrics and report to senior leadership.
• Mentor a team of managers and client service professionals.
• Identify risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure client retention.
• Prepare and present business reviews, proposals, and contracts.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and client requirements.
