Job summary

Cognizant is seeking a senior technology delivery leader to own end-to-end programs across Banking, Payments, Wealth & Retirement domains in the United States. You will build executive relationships, drive large-scale modernization, cloud adoption, APIs, and AI-enabled SDLC practices to deliver measurable business outcomes.

You will mentor cross-functional teams of delivery managers, architects, engineers, and program managers while shaping governance models and reusable frameworks.

Qualifications

• 15+ years in technology delivery, consulting, program management, or engineering leadership.
• Proven experience managing large technology portfolios and strategic client relationships in Banking/Financial Services.
• Strong domain expertise in Banking, Payments, Wealth Management and Retirement Services.
• Proven success leading modernization, cloud, data, integration and quality engineering programs.
• Hands-on experience driving AI-enabled engineering transformation across SDLC.
• Understanding of enterprise architecture, cloud-native platforms, APIs, and modernization strategies.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end delivery of strategic technology programs with governance, quality, and business outcomes.
• Build and manage executive-level client relationships as trusted advisor for technology strategy.
• Lead large-scale digital transformation programs including modernization, cloud, and integrations.
• Drive AI-led engineering transformation with GenAI-enabled SDLC practices and automation accelerators.
• Provide technology leadership across solution architecture, planning, and risk management.
• Lead and mentor cross-functional teams across delivery managers, architects, engineers, consultants, and PMs.
• Support account growth through consulting-led engagements, solutioning, and executive presentations.
• Establish delivery best practices, reusable frameworks, governance models, and productivity metrics.
