Job summary

Cognizant is seeking an experienced technology delivery leader to own end-to-end programs in Banking, Payments, Wealth and Retirement. You will drive strategy, governance, and business outcomes across large-scale modernization initiatives.

You will build executive relationships, lead cross-functional teams, and shape AI-enabled engineering transformations while promoting enterprise architecture and cloud-native platforms. This is a remote role open to qualified applicants in the United States.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of experience in technology delivery, consulting, program management, or engineering leadership roles.
• Proven experience managing large technology portfolios and strategic client relationships within Banking and Financial Services.
• Strong domain expertise in Banking, Payments, Wealth Management, and Retirement Services.
• Hands-on experience driving AI-enabled engineering transformation and Generative AI adoption across the SDLC.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end delivery of strategic technology programs within Banking, Payments, Wealth & Retirement.
• Build and manage executive-level client relationships, serving as a trusted advisor for technology strategy and transformation initiatives.
• Lead large-scale digital transformation programs including modernization, cloud adoption, and integration.
• Drive AI-led engineering transformation with GenAI-enabled SDLC practices and automation accelerators.
• Provide technology leadership across solution architecture, delivery planning, engineering execution, risk management, and operations.
