Qualifications

5+ years of experience in analytics, PMO reporting, business operations, delivery operations, process automation, or digital enablement.
Strong experience working with reporting tools, dashboards, business data, and operational metrics.
Experience with Power BI, Excel, data visualization, reporting models, or comparable analytics tools.
Ability to translate business process and governance needs into reporting, data, and automation requirements.

Responsibilities

Build and maintain reporting solutions, dashboards, and insight outputs that support delivery governance and executive decision-making.
Transform delivery data into clear views of progress, risks, dependencies, milestones, capacity, and outcomes.
Improve executive reporting by moving beyond status collection toward actionable insight.
Identify opportunities to improve governance effectiveness through reporting and analysis.
Own execution of the PMO delivery data model, reporting definitions, KPI logic, and reporting structures.
