Aristocrat is a global leader in gaming content and technology, delivering mobile and casino games to millions. As Staff Engineer, Delivery, you will drive engineering team success, ensure flawless execution, and contribute to features across analytics and AI platforms.

You will manage delivery through Jira, coordinate cross-functional dependencies, and maintain high standards for code quality, testing, and documentation while mentoring engineers and influencing peers.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of professional software development experience.
• Experience coordinating and driving delivery within an agile or sprint-based team environment.
• Hands-on proficiency with Node.js, React, and Python; experience delivering workflows in Jira.
• Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle, build pipelines, version control and releases.

Responsibilities

• Assign tasks across the team based on capacity and priority.
• Surface and remove blockers to prevent delivery risks.
• Track progress and communicate delivery status to leads and collaborators.
• Mentor junior and mid-level engineers and uphold code quality and standards.
