The role requires 21+ years old with a valid driver’s license and a DOT MEC certificate. Spanish bilingual ability is a plus, and evenings/weekends may be required. Strong customer service is essential for success.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
• Must have a valid, unrestricted Driver’s License.
• Must have a valid DOT Medical Examiner's Certificate (MEC).
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs frequently and up to 70 lbs occasionally.
• Must be able to work evenings and weekends.
• Must be able to communicate in English.

Responsibilities

• Deliver products to customers from Sherwin-Williams stores.
• Load customer orders and ensure proper packing.
• Follow assigned routes and time schedules.
• Maintain store vehicle and report maintenance needs.
• Provide excellent customer service and handle complaints.
• Perform warehouse tasks as needed.
