Base pay range

$200,000.00/yr - $250,000.00/yr

We are seeking a strategic and technically adept Senior Consultant to lead complex technology initiatives across software engineering, data architecture, and cloud platform strategy. This client-facing leadership role blends delivery oversight, technical advisory, and practice development. The ideal candidate brings a strong foundation in modern cloud and data ecosystems, combined with the ability to manage senior stakeholders, lead high-performing teams, and shape long-term technology strategies.

Key Responsibilities

Client Delivery & Engagement

• Lead the planning and execution of large-scale technology programs involving modern data platforms, cloud-native architecture, and enterprise software development.
• Act as a trusted advisor to client technology and business leaders (CIO, CTO, CDO, Heads of Data/Engineering).
• Guide architectural decisions, delivery roadmaps, and implementation strategies while empowering technical teams to execute.
• Maintain quality, scope, and delivery timelines across multiple client engagements.

Strategic Leadership

• Shape and expand service offerings in Software Engineering, Data, and Cloud Architecture to meet evolving market demands.
• Provide leadership in solution design while maintaining oversight of delivery excellence.
• Partner with internal teams to evolve methodologies, frameworks, and accelerators that support scalable project delivery.

Team Development

• Mentor and develop a team of consultants and engineers across multiple engagements.
• Drive a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous learning within the technology practice.
• Support recruiting and onboarding of top technical talent as the practice grows.

Business Growth

• Collaborate with business development teams to identify new opportunities and shape proposals.
• Lead client discussions, workshops, and presentations to articulate value propositions and solution approaches.
• Expand existing client relationships by identifying areas for continued partnership and innovation.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of experience in technology consulting, solution architecture, or enterprise IT environments.
• Demonstrated success leading cloud, data, or software transformation programs within complex organizations.
• Strong knowledge of modern data architecture, data engineering, and cloud-native technologies (e.g., Azure, AWS, GCP, Snowflake, Databricks, Kubernetes).
• Familiarity with software architecture principles (e.g., API-first design, microservices, CI/CD, DevOps practices).
• Exceptional client management and communication skills, with the ability to translate technical solutions into business impact.
• Experience managing cross-functional teams and collaborating with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Cloud certifications such as AWS Certified Solutions Architect, Microsoft Azure Architect, or Google Cloud Professional Architect.
• Demonstrated success in managing P&L for a business unit or practice of comparable size.
• Proven ability to grow new client accounts organically through delivery excellence and strategic relationship building.
• Experience working across multiple industries such as healthcare, financial services, technology, or retail.
