Job summary

ReqRoute,Inc seeks an experienced Delinea Architect to lead a large-scale CyberArk-to-Delinea migration for a global technology client in Richardson, TX. You will own solution design, migration strategy, integration architecture, and governance across privileged account migration and DevOps secrets modernization.

Qualifications

• Proven expertise in Delinea Secret Server (Cloud & On-Prem) deployments and migrations.
• Experience with Delinea DSV, Connection Manager, Discovery Engine and related modules.
• Strong background in CyberArk PAM suite (PAS/CPM/PSM/PSMP/AIM/AAM/Conjur).
• Hands-on PAM migrations and platform transformations across large environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead architecture and design for Delinea Secret Server components and integration points.
• Define migration strategy from CyberArk to Delinea, including wave planning and cutover/rollback plans.
• Design RBAC models, password rotation, session management, and access workflows.
• Drive integrations with AD/LDAP, RADIUS, SailPoint/Saviynt, ServiceNow, SIEMs, Okta/Entra ID as applicable.
• Provide technical leadership to offshore Delinea and automation teams; conduct architecture reviews and risk assessments.
• Coordinate with client PAM teams and professional services throughout the transformation lifecycle.
