Job description

Duration: 6 month extending contract

Rate: $50-55/hr on W2

Location: Remote - EST Hours

Required Qualifications

• Experience supporting the migration of PAM platforms
• Strong experience onboarding and integrating service accounts at scale
• Ability to maintain and secure a PAM environment, including patching and configuration hardening
• Background with Linux/Unix operating systems

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience supporting high‑volume PAM environments (hundreds → thousands of accounts)
• Prior experience migrating CyberArk environments post‑acquisition or cost‑saving initiatives

Day to Day

We are looking for a mid-level PAM Engineer for an industrial client. In this role, his engineer will support and maintain the existing CyberArk environment while leading the migration to Delinea, ensuring secure configuration, proper onboarding of service accounts, and consolidation of secrets into a unified IAM function. They will collaborate closely with IT, business partners, and application owners to gather requirements, troubleshoot issues, train users, and ensure smooth adoption of the new PAM platform. The role includes managing application and account onboarding, maintaining platform security and patches, and acting as the primary PAM subject‑matter expert for a team with limited internal PAM experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain the current PAM environment, ensuring security, compliance, and timely patching
• Support the migration from CyberArk to Delinea, including architecture, rollout, and stability
• Support application onboarding, access workflows, and secure integration patterns
• Gather business and technical requirements from internal and external partners
• Standardize and consolidate secret management (Azure secrets + internal secrets → single IAM function)
• Support day‑to‑day PAM operations, troubleshooting, and “fishing expedition” discovery work
• Ensure secure access for external partners and maintain proper governance
• Work closely with server teams and cross‑functional engineering teams

Compensation

$50/hr to $55/hr.

Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.
