Lowes Foods is hiring a Deli Manager in North Carolina. You will supervise daily deli operations, ensure guest service excellence, maintain merchandising standards, and manage inventory and scheduling.

After training, bench department managers may relocate within 30 miles of home and will fill a Department Manager role as openings arise. This position emphasizes teamwork, safety, and quality in a fast-paced retail deli.

Responsabilités

• Ensure guests receive polite, friendly service from the deli staff.
• Achieve budgeted sales, shrink and profits for the deli department.
• Maintain inventory and supplies levels.
• Operate the department according to merchandising and operational guidelines.
• Ensure the quality of product meets Lowes Foods standards.
• Maintain sanitation and safety throughout the department.
• Provide guidance, orientation, training and feedback to staff.
• Perform product preparation, receiving, ordering, stocking and guest service as needed.
• Maintain department labor budget and scheduling standards.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
• Conduct PA announcements.
