Job summary

Arcfield is seeking a seasoned cybersecurity professional to support RMF accreditation and continuous monitoring for a national client. You will coordinate with ISSO/ISSE/ISSM/SCA to apply RMF steps, review risk posture, and drive remediation through POAM tracking and vendor coordination.

The role requires TS/SCI with poly, DoD 8570 Level III certification, and strong cloud security knowledge across Azure, AWS, OCI, and Google Cloud.

Qualifications

• Requires 10 to 12 years with BS/BA or 8 to 10 years with MS/MA or 5 to 7 years with PhD.
• Must possess and be able to maintain a TS/SCI with Poly
• Able to support customer’s core hours in a SCIF environment (0900-1500; Mon – Fri)
• Level III DoD 8570 certification in IAT or IAM (or ability to attain a certification within 6 months of start)
• Experience implementing RMF Process and NIST 800-53 technical controls, as well as developing and maintaining associated certification and accreditation documentation
• Able to work in a team environment
• Familiarity with Cloud (Azure, AWS, OCI, Google Cloud)
• Familiarity with Cloud Security groups
• Ability to analyze and access vulnerability management tools
• Familiarity of analyzing and generating reports with Splunk

Responsibilities

• Ensure adherence to ICD-503 and customer directives through RMF lifecycle (RMF 1-6).
• Provide risk recommendations after reviewing asset posture as part of ATO RMF.
• Manage/track POAMs with security stakeholders post authorization.
• Screen new asset requests for sponsorship and ownership.
• Facilitate System Review Team for project regulation and data-type assignments.
• Assign asset security controls and enforce non-compliant controls.
• Maintain security postures per Continuous Monitoring directives.
• Provide ongoing authorization-related daily support to customer and programs.
