Job summary

Arcfield in the United States seeks a Mid-Senior RMF ISSE to lead A&A activities and maintain ATOs across systems, networks, and devices. The role requires navigating RMF processes with discipline, clarity, and proactive risk management.

The candidate will review System Security Plans, perform risk assessments, and guide the team in eMASS while aligning with NIST SP 800-53/800-37 and NAVSEA procedures. Strong communication and multitasking are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor-level or higher in a related field (or equivalent).
• Extensive RMF/DoD policy knowledge required.
• Experience in RMF packaging and documentation.

Responsibilities

• Provide a disciplined RMF process for risk management and continuous monitoring.
• Review SSPs and POA&Ms; perform risk assessments and develop/perform NIST-based analyses.
• Stay updated on Navy RMF policies and DoD/DON/NAVSEA guidance.
• Conduct independent security control assessments per NIST RMF (800-53, 800-53A, CNSSI 1253).
• Document requirements in Security Plans, Contingency Plans, and BIA analyses.
• Provide guidance and training in eMASS to team members.
• Coordinate stakeholder meetings; track actions and ensure timely completion.
• Demonstrate organization, multitasking, and professional communication.
