Job summary

Marsh is seeking a talented consultant to join our Investments and Retirement team in the US. This hybrid role is based in Los Angeles, Denver, Irvine, Phoenix, San Francisco, or Seattle, with at least three days in the office.

You will serve as the lead advisor to defined contribution clients, managing sizable assets and driving client outcomes across investments, design, and governance. You will build strong client relationships, deliver plan reviews, and contribute to business development

Qualifications

6+ years of investment consulting experience for retirement plans.
Strong understanding of the defined contribution landscape and fiduciary topics.
Ability to develop new ideas and improve team efficiency at local/zone level.

Responsibilities

Lead consultant for defined contribution clients with plans in the tens to hundreds of millions.
Support clients on plan investments, design, fee benchmarking, and governance.
Present review reports to clients for advisory and OCIO engagements.
Ensure timely, accurate client work and compliance across processes.
Assist in sales activities and develop opportunities with consultants.
Grow a book of business and act as subject matter expert on DC topics.
