Job summary

Client Solution Architects (CSA) is seeking an Instructor/Curriculum Developer to support a program in Washington DC. The role focuses on delivering joint training and developing curricula that align with doctrine and operational needs.

The position requires active TS/SCI clearance and at least three years in joint training, with experience in JOPES or GCCS-J. You will design web-based and blended courses and provide expert briefs to stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Active Top Secret/SCI clearance required.
• 3+ years in joint training.
• Experience with JOPES or GCCS-J information systems.
• 5+ years in DoD or military support contracting.
• Experience presenting briefs to leadership.
• Experience designing interactive web-based and blended learning.

Responsibilities

• Deliver instruction across joint training programs.
• Apply adult learning principles to diverse audiences.
• Sustain instructional quality across classroom, virtual, and blended formats.
• Design and refine interactive web-based and blended courses.
• Integrate Joint Doctrine and Chairman’s Instructions into materials.
• Provide briefs to leadership and stakeholders for problem resolution and status reporting.
