Job summary

Client Solution Architects in Washington, DC seeks an Operational Specialist II to support a military training program. The role focuses on joint training planning, exercise control, and simulation systems.

You will design courseware, administer Learning Management Systems, and develop AARs while coordinating with observers and trainers. A strong background in ISD, joint doctrine, and experience with JTLS/JLVC/JOPES is essential.

Qualifications

• Associate degree plus 6+ years or Bachelor’s with 4+ years experience or 7+ years warfighting op exp.
• Experience with Joint Doctrine and combat service support.
• Experience designing interactive web-based learning and blended learning courses.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning, coordination, and execution of joint training events per doctrine.
• Apply expertise across fire support, information operations, maritime, air, amphibious and space warfare to meet objectives.
• Develop rotational event timelines and track milestones from planning to execution.
• Establish relationships with observers/trainers and work cell augmentees.
• Plan and refine MSEL with JECG to drive training objectives.
• Develop briefs, doctrinal reports, orders, map overlays, and graphical symbology.
• Produce After Action Reports with observations, lessons learned, and recommendations.
