Qualifications

• 7–10 years in defense litigation; toxic tort experience a plus
• Missouri bar in good standing
• Strong organizational skills with ability to manage multiple priorities and strict deadlines

Responsibilities

• Manage a caseload of litigated claims and prepare for trial
• Attend depositions, hearings, and mediations
• Analyze discovery materials, medical records, and expert defense strategy
• Research legal issues and investigate people, businesses, and worksites
• Draft briefs, memos, and client updates
