Job summary

Radiance Technologies is seeking an experienced Test and Analysis Program Manager to lead the Test and Analysis Group's programs, engage customers, and drive strategic growth. This senior role coordinates with the Group Manager, engineers, contracts, finance, and business development.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in engineering, science, business, management, or a relevant technical field.
15+ years of relevant experience supporting defense, test and evaluation, or similar programs.
Proven knowledge of defense markets, acquisition processes, and customer organizations.
Experience leading or supporting technical programs involving test, analysis, systems engineering, or program execution.
Experience reading and responding to RFIs, RFPs, and proposals.

Responsibilities

Lead test and analysis programs supporting Army, DoD, and related defense customers.
Coordinate multidisciplinary teams for test planning, data collection, analysis, and reporting.
Manage cost, schedule, performance, risk, and contract execution across various contract types.
Identify risks and mitigation strategies; track impacts to cost, schedule, performance.
Support customer briefings, reviews, and executive-level reporting.
Develop and review acquisition documents (SOWs, PWSs) and proposal inputs.
